Here you’ll find all of our events, colour coded by membership type so that you can easily see when you can join us. Black events are for all members. Please always RSVP to any events that you’ll be attending so that we can make sure we have the right tools and activities lined up for you.
Every Friday during term time, 9:30 – 11:30 Forest School sessions designed for children aged 2-5 to enjoy with their parents/carers. Younger siblings under 2 are welcome to come along for free and enjoy the sensory station. Sibling discounts are available.
On Friday morning we’ll harvest for our Domestic Membership veg boxes. Come along and help us pick vegetables and take excess surplus home.
Stanford Hall CSA is open for Community Growers & Co-ordinators to come down on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. We’ll start at 10am and finish at 1pm then break for lunch, you are welcome to stay on to the afternoon session (2pm-5pm). Tasks may include: working on the growing beds, in the polytunnel, arranging produce to distribute to the community.
Please bring with you some gardening gloves, good pair of boots, bottle of water, a pack lunch and if possible any large sheets of brown cardboard (for mulching).
If you’d like to come down on a day that’s not scheduled here please let us know as we may be able to accommodate. We’re also busy in the educational gardens at Stanford Hall on Mondays if you’d like to join us there.
